• Shipping and Handling

  Gemvy delivers all products featured on our website throughout the United States and Canada for free. For customers outside the US/Canada, please contact us to confirm shipping costs. Delivery to the US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories might take longer. If you require alternate or special shipping arrangements please contact us in advance of your purchase or in advance of the shipping date.

  All purchased goods are shipped with insurance and a tracking number which will be provided in a correspondence after item(s) are shipped.

  Goods can only be delivered to the customer’s home or business address. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be there to receive the products on the specified date. In event of a return due to your failure to take the delivery of the goods, Gemvy will charge you the cost of re-delivery.

• Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements

  All orders from Gemvy are considered custom orders. Every peice of jewelry is custom made after the order is placed and, as a result, is not NORMALLY returnable. However, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee for the return, replacement, or repair of the piece if it does not match the image or the specifications agreed to in the order, or if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. All products returns must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging. All returns must be mailed back to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

  Carat weight and other technical information should be regarded as an approximation only. Weights are determined based on the standard weights of very small diamonds. Actual carat weights may vary slightly and may be higher or lower than stated. Dimensions may vary slightly as all products are hand-made and hand-finsihed

• Warranty

  We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

  1. All products supplied by Gemvy have a lifetime warranty from manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise with reference to a specific product. If a problem or defect manifests itself in the duration of this warranty, the product will be replaced or repaired. Please follow the terms and conditions on returns and replacements.

  2. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods as a result of fair wear and tear, accident, willful damage, mishandling by you or any other party, failure to follow the care instructions, or any alteration or repair made without the supplier’s approval. This includes any personalization, engraving, customization, refitting, or alteration by a jeweler that is not from Gemvy.

• Statutory Rights and Applicable Law
