All Gemvy orders are custom orders, produced only after an order is placed and to your exact specifications. Gemvy rings are unique and personal creations that require dedicated time, effort, and resources to manufacture to the highest quality standards. Our process involves highly skilled artisans investing their time and expertise to produce engagement rings and bands that are precise and of the highest quality in both artisanship, materials, and craftsmanship.

We offer a full satisfaction guarantee for the return, replacement, or repair of the piece under any of the following conditions:
1. It does not match the product image or the specifications agreed to in the order.

OR

2. There is a defect in materials or workmanship.

All product returns must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging. All returns must be mailed back to us within 30 days of the order delivery date. We do not cover return shipping costs or insurance.

Carat weight and other technical information should be regarded as an approximation only. The weights are determined based on the standard weights of very small diamonds. Actual carat weights may vary slightly and be higher or lower than stated. Dimensions may vary slightly as all products are hand-made and hand-finished.


RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to initiate a return, replacement, or repair, please reach out to our customer support -team within 30 days of delivery. You can contact them through our website, email, or phone. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return. We will conduct a preliminary review for return eligibility.

  1. Shipping:
    1. Carefully package the item in its original condition, including all original packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase. We recommend using the original shipping box or a similar sturdy box to protect the item during transit. Include any additional protective materials that were included in the original packaging.
    2. Parcels must be declared as a "RETURN PURCHASE" on the customs declaration forms.
    3. Select a traceable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. Gemvy is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. Retain the tracking number for your reference.
    4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Ensure that the package is securely sealed and properly addressed.
      1. Item Evaluation: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This evaluation includes verifying the condition, matching it to the original order, and checking for defects in materials or workmanship.
      2. Processing the Return: If the returned item meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your request based on your preference (refund, replacement, or repair) within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
      3. In the case of replacements or repairs, we will provide an estimated timeframe for completion.

        This depends on the order. 95% of our orders are shipped at the end of the 3rd week after purchase. If there will be delays, we will let you know.

        We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

        1. All products supplied by Gemvy have a lifetime warranty from manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise with reference to a specific product. If a problem or defect manifests itself in the duration of this warranty, the product will be replaced or repaired. Please follow the terms and conditions of returns and replacements.

        2. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods as a result of fair wear and tear, accident, willful damage, mishandling by you or any other party, failure to follow the care instructions or any alteration or repair made without the supplier’s approval. This includes any personalization, engraving, customization, refitting, or alteration by a jeweler that is not from Gemvy.

        Any discounts available will be noted or advertised on the website or the product's page. Our products are extremely well-priced. We. therefore, do not traditionally offer discounts

        We provide a resizing service, which customers can request. Still, we'd like to bring your attention to the following rules and standards.

        1. Within ninety days of the delivery date, Gemvy will resize your ring free of charge. You are responsible for any other additional charges, including shipping, insurance, and customs duties.
        2. Having a trustworthy jeweller near to you resize the ring is typically the most convenient option. It is imperative that only an expert and reputable jeweller handle this task.
        • Not every ring can be resized, especially if it needs to be made a lot bigger or smaller. Also, you can't change the size of rings with diamonds or other valuable stones at the bottom.
        1. Before sending us your ring to resize, please talk to our customer service staff about your needs and get more information. We want to make sure that the process of resizing is as easy and stress-free as possible for you. Please be aware that any alterations made to the ring by a third party may void the guarantee, thus it is imperative that you inform us of any necessary repairs.

        Our diamond settings can be purchased without a centre diamond. To assure the greatest possible result, we recommend having your centre diamond set by a professional diamond-setter or a highly reputable jeweller. This will also ensure that your centre diamond is properly and securely set, decreasing the likelihood that it will be misplaced or broken.

        Gemvy not only sells settings but also offers the option of setting the diamond for the consumer. It is essential to note, however, that the purchaser is liable for any customs fees, insurance fees, and shipping charges involved with the shipment of the diamond or ring. We should discuss these specifics beforehand to ensure that all factors are considered.
