Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

No, this is not necessary but is recommended. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will be able to better track your purchase status. It assists with the following:

Which shipping providers do you use?

All orders are shipped via express shipping and are insured. Most shipment are done via Fedex

How long it will take to receive the ring/Jewellery?

This depends on the order. 95% of our order are shipped within 3 weeks. If there will be delays, we will let you know

What is your refund policy?

All orders from Gemvy are considered custom orders. Every piece of jewelry is custom made after the order is placed and, as a result, is not returnable. However, we offer a Full Satisfaction Guarantee for the return, replacement or repair of the piece if it does not match the image or the specifications agreed to in the order, or if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. All products returned must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging. All returns must be mailed back to us within 30 days of the order delivery date. Carat weights, dimensions, and other technical information should be regarded as an approximation only. Weights are determined based on the standard weights of very small diamonds. Actual carat weights may vary slightly and may be higher or lower than stated. Dimensions may vary slightly as all products are hand-made and hand-finsihed

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

Any discounts available will be noted or advertised on the website or the product's page. Our products are extremely well-priced. We. therefore, do not traditionally offer discounts
